What you get:

• 2x Speed Read/Write USB Floppy Disk Drive
• Drivers CD for Windows 98, 2000 and XP
• We found an odd glitch that the drive doesn't seem to sense the disk being put in, and needs unplugging and re-plugging to sense the disks.
• This, and as we understand, all USB floppy disk drives, only work with the higher capacity HD disks (1.4MB) rather than older 400 and 800k disks. If you need to read these older disks, give us a shout and we may be working on an older computer that can read these.

What you need:

• The device is compatible with Mac OS as well as Windows; Mac OS X runs without drivers - see notes in the manual about drivers for older Mac OS 8/9.
• We've not tested with modern Windows systems - do feel free to pop in with a laptop if you'd like to give it a try before hiring.
